Tom (Music Arranger / Drill Designer)
Tom was a band director for 20 years. His groups have received many state and regional championships as well as two appearances as a Bands of America national finalist. He now writes music and drill for marching bands throughout the country with many groups from his home state of Michigan. Tom is a graduate of Olivet College (MI) and Western Michigan University. He is the Music Coordinator for Marching Show Concepts, Inc. in Paducah, Kentucky. Tom is an active adjudicator, and is also a past president of the Michigan Competing Band Association and Michigan Color Guard Circuit.

Joe (Production Specialist)
Joe is currently an active consultant and educator for numerous marching bands and indoor winter groups. The groups with which he works have always made excellent progress. He has a music education degree from Western Michigan University, and his marching experience includes the 2000 DCI World Champions, The Cavaliers. Joe has been involved with music and drill design for over 15 years.
